Possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams:
Rita Chere Boone Cone, 55, of Midland was arrested Saturday by Department of Public Safety troopers at East County Road 90 and Marie Road on a charge of possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams.
Violation of parole, possession of a controlled substance under 1 gram:
Sirena Jean Free, 25, of Midland was arrested Saturday by Midland police on a charge of violation of parole and possession of a controlled substance under one gram.
Burglary of a habitation, credit card abuse, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, violation of probation:
Billy Ray Hicks, 20, of Midland was arrested Saturday by Midland County deputies on charges of burglary of a habitation, credit card abuse, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and two counts of violation of probation.
Debit card abuse:
Ashley Delfine Jacques, 25, of Odessa was arrested Saturday by Midland County deputies on a charge of debit card abuse.
Evading arrest/detention:
Iram Urias-Baeza, 23, of Midland was arrested Saturday by Midland County deputies on a charge of evading arrest/detention. Held for U.S. Immigration.
Note: All reported arrests are for felony offenses.
