Possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram:
Bobby Glenn Blair, 38, of Post was arrested Saturday by Midland police in the 4600 block of North Big Spring Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.
Possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams:
Kyle Vincent Bowers, 22, of Midland was arrested Saturday by Midland police in the 300 block of East Front Street on a charge of a possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams.
Failure to comply with duties of sex offender registration:
John Daniel Clegg, 30, of Midland was arrested Saturday by Midland County deputies in the 1300 block of West County Road 124 on a charge of failure to comply with duties of sex offender registration.
Violation of probation:
Amanda Lee Garrett, 23, of San Antonio was arrested Saturday by Midland County deputies at the Midland County Detention Center on a charge of violation of probation.
Obstruction and/or retaliation:
Michael Virgil Jackson, 31, of Midland was arrested Saturday by Midland police in the 100 block of West Dormard Avenue on a charge of obstruction and/or retaliation.
Possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram:
Paul Abigel Moreno, 37, of Midland was arrested Saturday by Midland police in the 1800 block of North Lamesa Road on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.
Note: All reported arrests are for felony offenses.
